Drawing History (Poorly...): The 1081 Battle of Dyrrachion

In 1081 CE, Robert Guiscard invaded the Byzantine Empire, ruled by Alexios Komnenos. Guiscard landed with as many as 30,00o troops on the shores of modern-day Albania, and laid siege to the fortress of Dyrrakhion. This is how the resulting battle played out:
